Countries & states

Every country and territory with its ISO 3166-1 codes (alpha-2, alpha-3, numeric), English and Turkish name, flag, capital, continent, area, population, currency, dial code, top-level domain, postal code format, languages and neighbours. Each country's first-level subdivisions (states, provinces, regions) have their own endpoint; for Turkey, the 81 provinces with their Turkish names.

Name and code search ignores case and accents (`türk`, `TURK`, `tr`). Data: GeoNames (CC BY 4.0).
