Prayer times

Fajr (İmsak), sunrise, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib and Isha for a city (its id from the Cities API) or a point, for one day or up to 31. Times are ISO 8601 with the place's UTC offset that day, to the minute; the timezone comes from the city. The default method is the Turkish Presidency of Religious Affairs' (Diyanet: İmsak 18°, Yatsı 17°, with its minute adjustments); results can differ from Diyanet's published table by a minute or two. Eleven other institutions' methods, the Hanafi Asr and the Qibla direction are included.
