Public procurement statistics

Türkiye's public procurement in aggregate, from EKAP's public tender and direct-procurement records: the share of tenders won with a single bid and the average discount against the estimated cost (competition), direct-procurement counts and amount distribution, the share won by suppliers from the buying authority's own province (localization), and the largest 1, 4 and 10 contractors' share with the HHI (concentration). Each indicator per year since 2019 and for the whole period, for the whole country or by province, sector, tender procedure and authority type.

Also tender volume per province and sector, supply flows between provinces, and each province's and sector's ten biggest buying authorities and ten biggest contractors. Provinces come with their licence-plate codes, the 43 sectors with Turkish and English names. Amounts are nominal TRY. Aggregates only: no individual tenders and no tax numbers. Updated weekly.
